- Restroom renovations
- Technology and furniture upgrades
Phase 2 (Years five to 10)
- Renovations to classrooms, media center, gym, and hallways
- Cafeteria and kitchen upgrades
- Site improvements including parking, playgrounds, etc.
- Major mechanical replacement
- New HVAC work including air conditioning
- Building enclosure such as roof, windows and doors
- Major electrical replacement
- Major plumbing replacement
